Fritz Gelato’s Hazelnut has won the Champion Gelato at the 2019 Australian Grand Dairy Awards.
This marks the grand final of all dairy competitions across the country.
The awards celebrates quality and excellence in the Australian dairy industry.
Products qualify to be invited to enter the awards having won a gold medal at a national or state based championship.
During the judging process, two panels of 12 trained judges, including technical dairy experts, food experts, retailers, and chefs bring their expertise to the table to judge the awards. This year celebrates the a land mark 20th year for the Australian Grand Dairy Awards.
