Caramelised Fig & Roasted Almond

Figs are one of the most beautiful Mediterranean fruits. They are often enjoyed fresh, dried, roasted or stewed. At *Fritz Gelato*, we caramelise our figs and combined them with roasted almonds to create a signature gelato.
