The Age Newspaper The Serve: Ice-cream

Dani Valent, restaurant reviewer for The Age, was set the task to travel around town to scream for ice-cream… and he did! He was impressed by Wes Enticott ( A Fritz Gelato Franchisee) and his entrepreneurial instincts, in opening an ice-cream shop in the summer hotspot of Lorne. He was equally impressed by the range of smooth *Fritz Gelato* flavours on offer. Special mentions to Honeycomb Crunch, Organic Cinnamon Donut and the sophisticated Caramelised Fig & Roasted Almond.
