The Australian Centre for Contemporary Art came alive on Saturday night hosting 5th Avenue Winter – an event of luxury, entertainment, fashion, glamour and food. *Fritz Gelato* joined Dr Lewinn’s and Smirnoff as proud sponsors of the event with Damm Fine Food serving our gelato to over 1000 guests. All the partying was for an exceptional cause, with 50% of the profits from the night being donated to viva Royal Children’s Hospital FUNdraising auxiliary.

The latest recruits for Melbourne’s Fifteen restaurant spent the morning collecting fresh and organic ingredients and meeting stallholders at the Prahran Market. Their task was to prepare a lunch at the market for themselves and a few VIPs. *Fritz Gelato* cooked up a pyramid of hot jam organic donuts for desert.

Viva Royal Children’s Hospital FUNdraising (vRCH) raises funds for the Royal Children’s Hospital to enable pain management programs for patients who are suffering from serious illnesses and injuries. To date, Viva has raised in excess of $50,000 for the Pain Management Unit at the Royal Children’s Hospital.

The 2007 Dairy Industry Association of Australia (DIAA), Victorian Dairy Products Awards have just been anounced with *Fritz Gelato* recieving 4 Victorian silver medals. These flavours, and many more are avaliable in store for you to enjoy.

Federation Square came alive this weekend as part on the Food and Wine Festival. *Fritz Gelato* was serving up gelato all weekend to Melbourne ‘foodies’ as they enjoyed the International Flour Festival and Wicked Sunday.

Congratulations *Fritz Gelato* on an outstanding Dairy Produce Show. A Gold medal was awarded to their unique ‘Organic Cinnamon Donut’ Gelato. Fritz also took home two silver medals for Lemon Cheese Cake and Pistachio Heaven Gelato.

On 20th July *Fritz Gelato* was the a recipient of a Stonnington Food Award. The Awards were open to a variety of food businesses including cafes, take-away and restaurants.

The Prahran Market Square came alive today as Gabriel Gate cooked up a storm in his monthly ‘Learn and Love Food Series’. The session showcased *Fritz Gelato’s* award winning Cinnamon & Ginger ice-cream matched with Gabriel’s Baked Caramelised Pears in Almond Custard. Following the presentation, over 50 people came and enjoyed sampling the flavours on offer.

With one hundred colourful helium balloons littering the ceiling, *Fritz Gelato* Prahran Market opened today. Many commented on the colourful gelato display and enjoyed an organic donut …or two.
