2006 Royal Melbourne Show Dairy Produce Awards

Gormet Cooking with Gabriel Gate

The Prahran Market Square came alive today as Gabriel Gate cooked up a storm in his monthly ‘Learn and Love Food Series’. The session showcased *Fritz Gelato’s* award winning Cinnamon & Ginger ice-cream matched with Gabriel’s Baked Caramelised Pears in Almond Custard. Following the presentation, over 50 people came and enjoyed sampling the flavours on offer.
