Fritz Gelato is organic, award winning Italian style ice cream. Our sorbets are fat, dairy, gluten, rennit and gelatine free. This leaves plenty of room to pack them full of delicious seasonal fruit. Did you know that on average, our ice cream has only 4% fat. Other commercial ice creams can contain up to 10 times this amount!

Fritz Gelato donuts are made fresh to order with quality organic ingredients. They should be eaten the day they’re made as we don’t use preservatives. Nobody finds this a problem, espicially when they only have 1/3 the amount of fat compared to others!

Fritz Gelato coffee is made using 100% Arabica beans combined with fresh organic milk from the Australian Snowy Mountains.
