Dani Valent, restaurant reviewer for The Age, was set the task to travel around town to scream for ice-cream… and he did! He was impressed by Wes Enticott ( A Fritz Gelato Franchisee) and his entrepreneurial instincts, in opening an ice-cream shop in the summer hotspot of Lorne. Australia’s best surf swimmers, celebrities, politicians, and recreational athletes, of all ages and abilities, gathered at Lorne to compete, or participate, in the 2008 nib Lorne Pier to Pub event.
