On 20th July Fritz Gelato was the a recipient of a Stonnington Food Award. The Awards were open to a variety of food businesses including cafes, take-away and restaurants.

Meaning ‘pick me up;’ the dessert was created in Siena, Italy. The recipe calls for mascarpone cheese, eggs, ladyfingers, cream, espresso coffee, marsala liquor and cocoa. We have captured the uplifting Italian essence in this award winning gelato.
